As to requests---there is a particular piece of music that is not the  "Yiddish "genre but it talks of the sadness of old age and dementia (Alzheimers?) and is a universal topic and, hopefully, we are part of the world of universal interest.  It has been heard on Traditions but it was driven home to me the other evening by a performer---if there are requests for this I would be delighted to be able to present it on this program.
