I congratulate our ticket winner for the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and wish all of you attending a wonderful and enjoyable musical weekend.   

Let me offer a few musical suggestions to you----the new material that you see on the playlist are truly items you should have in your own library.  Given today's new formats---downloads, etc; I still believe having a physical recording in your hands that has a reason for being is better than these random downloads.  Certainly many of the recordings come with, not only, liner notes but, some, with booklets of historical significance.   Anything from Appleseed or Smithsonian Folkways is, to  me, a must.
