Keeping Yiddishkeit on the air is one of the slogans that appears on the bumper stickers that WFDU has out there---to do that we will need your support next week (and in the following 2 weeks) during the annual fundraiser. Do you know of any other station that is commercial free and does so little in the fundraising area? Do you know of any other station that delivers such eclectic programming all commercial free? Your support is needed. Perhaps more than some other stations on the left and center of the dial (if you even have a dial anymore) that come to you with pleading on an ongoing basis and, one of them, delivers, basically, what you hear on commercial stations. So---the positive side---be a pledger---we don't do memberships since it is radio and it is FREE to all. It may be FREE but the cost is losing it if we don't get the minimal help requested.
