Next week I hope we will be able to talk on the phone when you call in a pledge to keep Yiddishkait on the air. Our Feb. (once a year only--unlike other stations) starts and lasts for the month. True, it is a week longer this year due to the economics of today but think of it this way---pledge early and spend the rest of the month being annoyed at my constant comments regarding funding. Let's face it---10 A M (Eastern Time) on 89.1 FM is where you will get something to kvell about---some haimish programming and it goes so well with your bagel and schmear at that time----ask me for a bumper sticker (WFDU--Keeping Yiddishkeit On The Air) and you will get one. No cost. BUT--- pledge will be appreciated---and I do have premiums---to mention a few---
